WHO WE WELCOME
The conversations we welcome

Tell us what you are trying to land.

Most useful first conversations begin with the operational problem the institution is trying to solve, not the technology that might solve it. Write to us about any of the following.

  • A platform deployment. If your ministry or agency is exploring deployment of one of our platforms, write to us with the operational context and the scope you are considering.
  • A bespoke build. If you need a system that does not fit any of our existing platforms, we are happy to discuss whether we are the right team for it.
  • An advisory engagement. If your institution is preparing a digital strategy, a procurement, or a policy review, we can walk you through how our advisory practice works.
  • Programme management. If you have an in-flight technology programme that needs management discipline, get in touch and we will be candid about whether we can help.
  • A research or media request. If you are writing about public-sector digital infrastructure in Nigeria or the region, we are happy to share observations on the record where appropriate.
— BEFORE YOU WRITE
A short note on first contact

A two-paragraph email is worth more than a one-page brief.

The most useful first emails describe the institution, the operational situation, and what you are trying to decide. We will respond with the right person and a suggested next step. Documents, briefs, and supporting material are welcome once we have agreed the conversation is useful for both sides.
